Hugh O Donovan Associates are specialists in exploring, developing and enhancing performance at many levels whether individual, group or organisation.  As Work Psychologists we adopt a scientific approach to solving issues in the work place.  Our work is informed by the insights of the psychology of human change and our aim is to make such insights more accessible and acceptable to the wider public.

Our approach is collaborative and client centered and we highlight the emergent properties of any engagement.  The specific emphasis is on developing human strengths and competencies across the working life span in order to enhance life experience, work performance and well being for individuals, groups and organizations.   It is also about "unlocking a person's potential to maximise their own performance".  Whitmore (2002).

Applying the insights of Coaching Psychology and built around the CRAIC Model we aim to;

2. Develop Leadership capacity.

4. Manage Change at all levels.
